We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Associate Veterinarian

Tall Grass Animal Hospital (TGAH) is seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our new and growing hospital. We are located in a fast-growing community east of Denver, in Aurora Colorado. We have been open for 2 ½ years and are growing quickly. The community is thriving with wonderful schools in an environment perfect for the outdoor enthusiast.

We are looking for an associate who is looking for a healthy work-life balance and will be dedicated to serving TGAH clients and pets. We pride ourselves in our ability to develop strong relationships with our clients and their pets while providing excellent customer service and comprehensive medical care. The perfect candidate to join our team will have access to a state of the art in-house IDEXX laboratory, digital dental/body radiograph, and ultrasound equipment. You will also have access to boarded specialists in radiology, surgery, dentistry, and cardiology. We are set to be AAHA accredited in April.

Veterinary Assistant

Tall Grass Animal Hospital is looking for a veterinary assistant to join our team. Our hospital provides veterinary care to dogs and cats that includes wellness care, internal medicine, dentistry, and surgery. We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable professional who loves to work with people and their pets. The applicant must be able to work Saturdays and have a flexible schedule. 1 year of experience in the veterinary field is required. Responsibilities would include supporting the veterinary technician and reception team. This includes animal restraint, general husbandry, helping with radiographs, preparing pets for surgery, laboratory work, greeting people and their pets, answering the phone, making appointments, updating records, taking payment, and keeping the hospital clean.

Compensation depends on experience. Benefits would include paid time off, generous pet discount, scrub allowance, health insurance, and matching 401k.
